The cocoa beans used in this chocolate comes directly from the Mekong Delta where it is grown traditionally. Slightly acidic, it has a strong taste of coffee and cooked milk. With an addition of homemade caramel and cinnamon biscuit coating, this truffle is made to satisfy the greediest.
