All products made by Félicité Singapore for all occasions are subjected to the following terms and conditions.

INGREDIENTS

All our ingredients are of the freshest and highest quality.

STORAGE

Our products are designed to be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration may cause colours or coating to run.
As our products do not contain any preservative, it is recommended that they be consumed within five days for chocolate truffles and two days for cake from the day of delivery or collection of item.

PRODUCTS

All prices are excluding delivery charges.
Truffle colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution. Images are for illustration purposes only and actual products may vary.
Cake and Tart decoration may be changed according to the seasons as well as the availability of the fresh products on the market.
We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or requests.

Félicité Singapore shall not be held liable for products stored under inappropriate conditions and/ or kept beyond suggested shelf life.
All our products may contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy and other allergens, even if the description does not specify them as an ingredient. All products are made in the same environment as products containing allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens
Félicité Singapore shall not be held liable for any adverse medical conditions and/or allergies arising from the consumption of our products.

Non-edible items may be used as decorative pieces on our cakes. Please ensure that these non-edible items are removed prior to consumption.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF DATE

As all our products are specially prepared for your order, our chef takes great effort to prepare the ingredients and artwork. As such, we do not encourage any last-minute cancellation. However, cancellation of the order is permitted under the following conditions:

  • 7 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 90% Refund OR Postpone Order.
  • 6 days – 4 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 50% Refund OR Postpone Order.
  • 3 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: No Refund and No Postpone Order.

Kindly contact us at Hotline or WhatsApp: +65 8306 8646 to process your cancellation. Please note that refund of payment may take up to 2-4 weeks for us to process. Postpone of the order must not be later than 2 months from date of purchase.

EXCHANGE

Items sold are not exchangeable.

CHANGES IN ORDER

Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 48 hours before delivery.

DELIVERY

  • GENERAL ORDERS

$20 delivery fee will be applicable to orders below $89 per delivery location within Singapore. Free delivery for all orders above $90. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered.

  • CHOICE OF DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm (closed on Sundays & Public Holidays)

In the event that there is no recipient at the delivery destination to receive the Félicité products, the products will be returned back to our outlet for resend subjected to redelivery fees of $20. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. Products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.

  • SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same-day deliveries are subject to availability of the product(s) and delivery schedule. Do contact us at Hotline or WhatsApp: +65 8306 8646 to enquire before making your purchase through our website. There will be NO REFUND for purchases made before confirmation with our staff.

  • SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY

$35 delivery fee will be applicable for specific time delivery request to one location within Singapore (between 12 pm – 8 pm), Please allow +/- 15 mins of allowance in the event our delivery personnel have difficulty locating the delivery site.   • SPECIFIC ZONES DELIVERY

Deliveries to restricted zone or shopping malls are subjected to a $5 additional delivery. Deliveries to Sentosa are also an additional $10.

  • SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS DELIVERY

$35 delivery fee will be applicable for Sundays & Public Holidays deliveries.

  • REDELIVERY CHARGES

For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day, your order is considered as Cancelled and no refund will be made.

  • REDIRECTION CHARGES

For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable
